Having been at Cowdy since 1998, Tim is a licensed real estate sales person specialising in sales of residential property.

Tim has been selling houses in Christchurch since 1989. Before starting in the real estate industry, he travelled extensively, renovating houses in London and Los Angeles for ex-pat New Zealanders.

Tim is always excited about the passion his colleagues have for the industry and especially at Cowdy, he also enjoys the fun and social activities we all enjoy together.

Tim is experienced and prides himself on his passion for property and people, particularly his negotiation skills, leaving no stone unturned to ensure premium prices for his vendors.

In his spare time, Tim is heavily involved in the thoroughbred industry, especially on the breeding side. He enjoys his involvement with cricket and particularly visiting Australia whenever an Ashes tour is on.

Nick’s love for architecture extends beyond real estate. He has been featured in Monocle magazine, served as a panel member for Open Christchurch, and regularly attends New Zealand Institute of Architecture functions.
